Life.............treats!!

I have been recovering from surgery over the last few days so I have been treating myself with the above delights!! They have healing properties you know..........!!

I also bought myself a lovely new bedspread as I knew I would be spending alot of time in it! I usually prefer vintage type bedspreads but I thought this stripey one was nice for a change!

ASOS Bargains.....

I was surfing the net this morning trying to find a bargain...and look what I came across on the ASOS website...theres a beauty sale = BARGAINS!!

Only €15.38 ( I was looking for this everywhere and finally got one last week but this is a bargain!)

Shopping suggestions.....

My sister is heading to Belfast in a few weeks time and I am going to get her to bring my back something nice, something that we can't get down south....or something more reasonably priced than it is down south...any suggestions ladies??

I have been researching the web but everything I see I think, do I really really need it and usually its a no.  There was a time when I would never think "do I really need it" but I suppose when your trying to use up products you become more aware of buying things you dont need!

I thought I would do a little blog more about life and things I like rather than beauty.....so here it goes!

Lately I have spend ALOT of time researching interior design as we are renovating our future home at the moment!  I thought I would show you a few pictures of things I like so far......

I love this picture....I love the white cleanness of this room....although it might not be very practical...but there are elements of it that are perfect, I could imagine myself curled up on this chair in front of the fire and blogging away till my hearts content!!

I also love this pic, I love the mix of fabrics as I don't like interiors to be too matchy matchy!   I love loads of mismatched cushions...I think it adds character!

Love all the above - however looking back I think there is a theme!!!!  I just wonder how practical all the light colours would be....with my farmer boyfriend :)

Another notebook

Another lovely notebook to add to the collection ... I just can't resist them.  I love making notes and lists and to do lists, it keeps me very organised and relaxed!!  I remember years ago I used to love "fancies" which were little sheets of coloured, shaped and scented note paper......maybe my love of notebooks stems from that.

I have heard so much about Sigma Make Up Brushes, saw this nice little set on their website and I like!!  Its only $54 so wont break the bank.  Do any of you have these brushes?  Are they nice and soft?  There is nothing worse than putting make up on with a rough brush!!  I simply wont use them again if they are hard!!

Seeing as I am not in a position to spend as much money as I would like (due to the lovely recession) I have to spend more and more time window shopping.....but I guess if I see something I like and if I still like it after a few weeks I could justify a purchase!! :)
