Beauty - Urban Decay NAKED and NOTD

Firstly of all a big thank you to my sister for the above present.....which I got today......was totally shocked.  I have wanted the UD Naked Palette ever since I laid eyes on it but it was so hard to get! I'm not going to bore you anymore about it as everyone is blogging about it....but just had to share this with you :)

Today I decided to treat myself to a nice Revlon Nail Polish....there is actually 3for2 in Boots at the moment on all Revlon products...so I got 3 nail varnishes, I usually buy Catrice nail polishes as they are so cheap so it will be interesting to see if I prefer these more expensive ones!  I love the colour (375 PassionFruit) and the texture- so far so good!!

Beauty - Bourjois Liner Feutre - My Favourite EyeLiner

This is my favourite eye liner - I just realised that I never took a pic of the top of it!! Doh!! Its actually like a felt tip top so it is really really easy to work with, that's what I really love about it. 

The colour is lovely and dark and it really lasts.  From memory it is about €9 but it lasts for ages so I don't know for sure the price!! I really really like it and for me who is not too good at eyeliner its so easy to work with!!

Beauty - Mini Haul.....

Yesterday I was away and had 1 hour to spare and flew around the shops....but it was too rushed and all I got was the above! I got Johnson's Baby Oil on sale for only €1.12, half price bargain.

I also got an NYC blush, which I am looking forward to trying.....it was also a bargain (about €3 i think) and I also got an NYC colour wheel....I haven't tried it yet but I have swatched it and it looks fab, love the mix of colour and for the price - about €3 you cant go wrong!

The assistant also gave me a sample of Lancome's Primer Gel, and its lovely, it feels like silk on my skin, looking forward to trying that out!!!

MAC Mineralize Skinfinish

This is one of my all time favourite products......I use it as a highlighter...I mainly put in on the tops of my cheeks over my blusher, and I love it - it gives a lovely sheen...

I did swatch it but its so hard to see it in the photo but its lovely on the shoulders etc on a sunny day over tan etc - Love it!!  It really glistens when you move ...!

Todays make-up

Hey Everyone, I'm back, I have been very busy for the last week, getting ready to move house, so the blog had taken a back seat  for a while!  Just thought that I would show you some of the make up I use for a quick fix..I'm not a morning person so spending alot of time doing my face after rolling out of bed doesn't suit me! These are actually some of my favourite products!

This is the Bourjois Smokey Eyes kit, the colours go really really well together and they last forever.  I really like them.

This is DiorSkin Mineral Powder, I love it.....Sometimes I wear it on its own and other times I just put it on over my foundation.  It gives a lovely fresh glow!  I also bought it on sale (the shop was closing down) so it was half price! Bargain!!

Dior - My favourite blusher.....

This is my all time favourite blusher.  It Dior No 553 Peechy Keen.  I bought it in Boots in Liffey Valley last year and I try to keep it as my "good" blusher so even though it was on the expensive side (for my purse) it has lasted and I love it.

I took this pic with the flash on and its a pinker shade now that I look at it here. Its actually more of a peachy shade (hence the name!!).  I did try a few swatches but my camera wasn't the best with the close ups, think I need to play around a little more with it! But trust me...its a lovely shade!

I love blushers and bronzers, for me being so pale (&interesting!!) a little bit of blusher goes a long long way.  I think a little bit of blusher suits everyone no matter what your skin colour! There is a shade to suit everyone!
